Authorized use
Only the company owner and authorized staff may connect accounts or use the private workspace. Connect only accounts you have permission to use. Keep credentials private and report unexpected access to contact@neanights.com.
Use the app for event research, communications drafts, and review of NEA Nights’ own content performance. Do not use connected data for unrelated purposes or disclose private correspondence without permission. Google and Meta account use remains subject to those services’ applicable terms.
Review before release
Automated results are drafts and can be incomplete or wrong. Check event details against reliable sources, resolve embargoes and missing information, and confirm permission to use images. Every outgoing email or social post requires approval. Connecting an account does not grant blanket approval to send or publish.
Access and availability
The company owner may disable a connection or remove workspace access. Providers may change permissions, expire credentials, or interrupt service. A failed connection does not authorize a different account, broader access, or an unreviewed publication.
